Ferncroft Duct Cleaning is part of LPW Group Ltd. This statement is made in accordance with Section 54 of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and outlines the steps taken by LPW Group and its relevant subsidiaries during the financial year ending 31 December 2025 to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

 

Our Commitment

Modern slavery includes slavery, servitude, forced labour and human trafficking. Ferncroft Duct Cleaning and LPW Group have a zero-tolerance approach to all forms of modern slavery.

We are committed to conducting business ethically, acting with integrity and transparency, and implementing effective systems and controls to minimise the risk of modern slavery occurring within our operations or supply chain.

Whilst no instances of modern slavery or human trafficking were identified during the reporting period, we recognise that modern slavery remains a global issue and are committed to continually strengthening our policies and procedures.

Employees are encouraged to raise any concerns regarding unethical behaviour, including suspected modern slavery, through our whistleblowing procedures.

LPW Group is also proud to be a National Living Wage employer.

 

Our Approach

To help prevent modern slavery, LPW Group aims to:

  • Comply with all relevant UK legislation and regulatory requirements.
  • Consider modern slavery risks during procurement and supplier selection.
  • Raise awareness of modern slavery throughout the organisation.
  • Communicate our expectations to suppliers, contractors and service providers.
  • Encourage the reporting of concerns and protect whistleblowers.

 

Actions Taken

During the reporting period, LPW Group continued to strengthen its approach by:

  • Providing specialist training and sharing best practice across senior management.
  • Ensuring all employees are recruited in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006.
  • Building long-term relationships with trusted suppliers and clearly communicating our expectations of ethical business conduct.
  • Including modern slavery considerations within tender documentation where appropriate.
  • Taking modern slavery risks into account during supplier evaluations.
  • Encouraging suppliers and contractors to understand and meet their own obligations under the Modern Slavery Act.
  • Regularly reviewing our policies and procedures to identify opportunities for continual improvement.
